Wednesday, February 1 is digital learning day.  Tucker Valley students will be celebrating in a variety of ways.  We look forward to the first-ever digital learning day.

Swish! That’s going to be the sound you hear if you come to the game tonight. The Lady Wildcats take on the Taylor County Knights. The Lady Wildcats feel confident going into the game and they should be because they are 3-0. So, Taylor, here we come.
While the lady wildcats battle with Taylor girls, the boys will also do battle with
Taylor. They take them on at their house at 6. So come out and support the
wildcats!

The 8th grade technology class is at it again... They are creating self-portrait masterpieces.  One example is below.  Great work, Brianna.

TVEMS basketball team is going to be good this year. Almost all the girls are practicing a lot. Tryouts are in November.

TVEMS is hosting a craft show on Friday, November 11th, 2011.  From 10:00 am-4:00 pm, crafters will have tables set up with beautiful hand-made crafts for sale.  Come and enjoy!  Crafters are still needed- so if you are interested or know anyone who might be, please contact Regina Falls at 304.478.3716 or 304.614.3765.

T.V.M.S. Softball team will start later in the year but we need more people to play. 6th, 7th and 8th graders can play. We have to have at least 15 players. We know there are some 8th graders playing that have played in the past years. We usually do not cut players. We use our own money -not the schools money. We try our hardest and we always have fun, no matter if we win or lose. Softball is a very fun yet hard sport. You have to be able to catch, throw, slide and run. We are a fast pitch team and there are only 9 players on the field. We carpool and eat after away games. We do not fight with each other. We are a team and there is no I in team; we are sisters when we play together. We are in danger of losing our team and we want to continue playing. So if you like the sport of softball come out and join our middle school fast pitch softball team.

We are just starting off the year, but we wildcats are really
active. We have just started off football season with a 1-2 record. We are
really improving and are hoping to win our next game.
